Stable, easily assembled cantilever racking, which gives rational and cost effective storage of long goods that are handled manually. The cantilever racking is manufactured with hot-dip galvanized steel and is easy to supplement and expand. The cantilever racking has individually adjustable straight arms where these can be equipped with material stops to prevent falling.
The design of the cantilever racking means it needs horizontal stays and cross-stays on the first section, then horizontal stays in each section and the cross-stays on every other section (see picture).
The cantilever rack is available as a start section, partly as an add-on section for expansion of the start section.
The cantilever racking can also be built into a customised designs using individual parts.
Start section with single base.Supplied with 2 uprights with single base, 6 support arms, 1 cross-stay and 1 pair of horizontal stays. Supplement if necessary with material stops (not included in the start section). Add-on section with single base. Supplied with 1 upright with single base, 3 support arms and 1 pair of horizontal stays. Supplement if necessary with extra material stops (not included in the add-on section). Start section with double base. Supplied with 2 posts with double base, 6 double arms 600+600 mm, 1 cross-stay and 1 pair of horizontal stays. Supplement if necessary with extra material stops (not included in the start section). Add-on section with double base. Supplied with 1 upright with single base, 1 extra double base, 3 double arms and 1 pair of horizontal stays. Supplement if necessary with extra material stops (not included in the add-on section).
