Carousels and Shuttles

If you're looking to store a wide range of small parts or finished products, Carousels are the perfect solution. Bring the right part to you quickly and easily, with minimal effort.

• Typical weight capacity of carousels are 3, 6, 9 or 14 tonnes.
• Items are usually up to a “shoe box” size.
• Light duty carousels will generally have a max shelf loading of 125kg uniform distributed load (UDL).
• Heavy-duty carousels will generally have a shelf loading of 400kg UDL.
• Manual override in the event of power loss.

Shuttles are a great choice if you’re looking to store heavier or medium to large components / products.

A shuttle storage system is based around a central lift in a column - whereas storage carousels rotate all shelves to bring the right product to the operator. An elevator travels up a central column and pulls the requested tray and brings the tray to the opening.

Heavier and larger items are handled with ease.
