As part of our on-going program of development, we try to get together to discuss ideas on how we can improve our services. This ranges from marketing, to make sure you know how we can help you right through to production and making sure we get you your products installed insitu inline with your expectaions.
Well historically, its been difficult to get all the UK personel in one place at one time, but ironically as the snow fell and the rest of the country came to a standstill (perhaps that’s the reason??) we managed it!
So now Wednesday 20th January 2010 will be noted for the day when all our UK employees joined together to discuss marketing, products and all things Gigant. With our sales team located throughout the UK it’s very difficult (and expensive! – note from MD) to have this type of gathering, but it was most beneficial as we used our collective heads to put some fine detail on some exciting forthcoming events; including
- “buy on line” addition to our website, to make it easier for you to get what you need
- Southern Manufacturing Exhibition we shall be attending in February and
- our new product catalogue to be printed in May, with new products galore
To round off the day, the evening was spent in a fine Indian restaurant, which will also be remembered, perhaps for slightly different reasons at least for the next few days!
